Refund and Cancellation Policy for Social Amplyfyer

1. General Policy

At Social Amplyfyer, we are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a clear and fair refund and cancellation policy.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are available for services that have not yet been rendered. Once a service has been delivered or work has commenced, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    • Digital products such as toolkits, templates, and guides are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Requesting a Refund:

    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@socialamplyfyer.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number, a detailed reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

  • Processing Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

    • Note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • No-Contract Subscriptions:

    • All our subscriptions are no-contract, allowing clients to cancel at any time with a minimum of 30 days' notice from their next billing date.

    • To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at [Support Email]. Ensure all media assets, customer lists, configured features, funnels, websites, and phone numbers are transferred or removed from service before cancellation.

  • Post-Cancellation:

    • Once your cancellation is processed, it is irreversible. All data within the system will be purged, including any phone numbers purchased through the system.

    • If you wish to transfer any actively used phone numbers, it is your responsibility to submit the porting request prior to cancellation.

  • Suspension Option:

    • Instead of canceling permanently, you may opt to suspend your billing for a specified period (up to 90 days). During this suspension, all access, communications, websites, automations, and other services will be paused, but phone numbers will not be terminated.

    • All functions and billing will automatically resume after the suspension period. Suspensions are limited to 90-day spans, after which billing will resume for a minimum of 30 days.
