Fulfillment of Digital Products

Fulfillment of Services

  1. Service Initiation: Upon purchase of our services, we will contact you to gather necessary information and schedule a kickoff meeting.

  2. Project Timeline: A detailed project timeline will be provided during the kickoff meeting, outlining key milestones and deliverables.

  3. Regular Updates: You will receive regular updates on the progress of your project through the customer portal or via email.

Shipping of Physical Products (If Applicable)

  1. Processing Time: Orders for physical products will be processed within 2-3 business days.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delays and Issues
